*Premium exhibitor tables are required for businesses or organizations with displays higher than six feet, wider than eight feet or in need of electricity. Please contact us if you have special requests for consideration.
Please note that two Women's Business Conference Admissions (including 2 lunches) are included in each exhibitor booth fee, to allow two individuals staffing the exhibitor table access to sessions and lunch.
Each exhibitor is provided with an 8' x 2.5' table with a white table cloth and two chairs. Tubing or skirting is not provided. Displays higher than six feet, wider than eight feet or in need of electricity should contact us and will require a premium exhibitor table space.
- Exhibitor Table set-up will be Wednesday, April 25th in the evening and Thursday, April 25th from 6:30 am to 7:30 am.
- Exhibitors must be set up no later than 7:30 am on Thursday, April 25th.
- Tear down is at 3:30 pm, after the final session begins.
Please view the layout (PDF) for the exhibitor booths. We cannot guarantee placement requests, but if you know of a table or area in which you would like to be situated, let us know on your application.
All exhibitors are required to provide a door prize with a minimum $25 value. Individual exhibitor door prizes may be highlighted by conference organizers in event marketing materials. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting names, selecting a winner and distributing their door prizes on their own time. Exhibitors and sponsors may also contribute towards separate raffle prizes that will raise funds for the Women's Business Center. Contact us for more information.
Each business or organization exhibiting is provided with two (2) Women's Business Conference admissions for the individuals planning to staff their exhibitor table. These admissions will also allow the individuals to attend sessions throughout the day and receive lunch. Please register and pay for any additional employees that plan on attending. For planning purposes, please view the schedule of activities below. Highlighted rows indicate times of heavier traffic flow within and around the exhibitor hall.
