Accessibility Statement
Every effort has been made to make this site accessible, per recommendations of the US Federal Government Section 508 regulations and the World Wide Web Consortium's Version 1 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, as laid out by the Web Accessibility Initiative. Accessibility features work best using the Internet Explorer browser.
Also, please note that agreements for persons with disabilities will be made at all times in accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 and associated amendments. Arrangements for persons with special needs will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. You can request these arrangements during the registration process by filling out the comment box, or by contacting Karman Briggs of Western Dairyland at 715-836-7511, extension 174.
Page Layout
These web pages have been laid out using CSS, including the top level navigation. If you disable the style sheets, the layout will revert into a simple page layout structured using HTML headers and other relevant content tags (i.e. - address, unordered or ordered lists, et cetera.)
On two pages - Agenda and Registration - we have used a table to lay out content. As these are two vitally important pages to this web site, we have provided alternate content layout pages for both. These pages may be reached through a link just under the first level page header of either page.
Several small tables are used throughout the site to organize data. These tables utilize header cells and scope attributes.
If there is any content here that is not logical or does not provide enough associated meta data, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@womensbusinessconference.com, and we will immediately work to clarify the data.
Forms
Editable form fields employ title attributes to describe their function and whether or not the field is required. Labels for form fields have also been used.
Font Size
All fonts have been coded so that they may be easily enlarged in your browser. For standard browsers, please refer to this informative page from the University of Minnesota on how to change the text size in your browser.

The page has been coded with in-page anchor links that will allow you to jump to the the start of the site navigation or the page content. Additionally, a link to this accessibility statement is present at the top of the page.
"Fixed Width" Page Layout
The site has been coded to fit in a box of 865 pixels in width and centered on the screen. It has been optimized for a screen resolution width of 1024 pixels.
